The Firm is headed by Charles J. Sillari, Jr. and Stephen A. Glines, Jr. SILLARI & GLINES, ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW is a full service law firm that concentrates its practice in the areas of real estate matters, civil litigation, including personal injury law, business litigation, domestic relations, and estate planning.

CHARLES J. SILLARI, JR., ESQUIRE, PARTNER
 Attorney Sillari attended Boston College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He then attended Suffolk University Law School at night where he graduated with a Juris Doctor. He has passed and is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar. During law school Attorney Sillari worked as a paralegal in the real estate, bankruptcy and litigation departments at a large Boston law firm. During his last year of law school, Attorney Sillari worked as a law clerk at in the real estate department of a local Somerville law firm assisting the senior partner with the closing of loans for various local banks. Among other things, his duties included reviewing title exams, preparing loan packages, clearing various title issues and attending real estate closings. Since passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam, Attorney Sillari has continued to work in real estate and civil litigation. In addition to serving clients, Mr. Sillari has lectured at first time buyer seminars.
Attorney Sillari is a partner at SILLARI & GLINES, ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW. Since the inception of SILLARI & GLINES, ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW, Attorney Sillari has handled a number of real estate transactions representing sellers, buyers and lenders. In addition to his work in the area of real estate, Attorney Sillari is also involved in business law, civil litigation and bankruptcy.
Attorney Sillari is a duly authorized issuing agent and approved attorney for many lenders and is also a title insurance agent for various title insurance companies.
In addition to the above, Attorney Sillari is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetss, the American Bar Association, and has participated in a Middlesex County Bar Association Focus Group on Court Reform.

STEPHEN A. GLINES, JR., ESQUIRE, PARTNER
Attorney Glines was formerly the director of Veteran's Legal Services Project, a division of Shelter Legal Services Foundation, Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts, a non-profit corporation that provides pro bono legal services for the homeless and low income Veteran population throughout the greater Metropolitan area. He received his B.S. / B.A. Business Administration / Finance, Magna Cum Laude at Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management where he was a Griffin Fellow and the Delta Alpha Pi recipient. He then attended Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude. He has passed and is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
During law school, Attorney Glines worked as an advocate at Shelter Legal Services Foundation where he eventually became the Director of the Veterans Legal Services Project division in Boston. He has also worked at the Harvard University Legal Aid Bureau in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Suffolk University Legal Assistance Bureau, Family Law Clinic in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
Attorney Glines is a partner at SILLARI & GLINES, ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW. Since the inception of SILLARI & GLINES, ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW, Attorney Glines has focused mainly in the areas of domestic relations, estate planning, and civil litigation. In addition to the above, Attorney Glines is a Field Supervisor for the Suffolk University Law School Internship Program and a supervising attorney for Shelter Legal Services. He is also currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, The American Bar Association, Family Law Section and has participated in a Middlesex County Bar Association Focus Group on Court Reform.

HOURLY BILLING & RATES
SILLARI & GLINES, ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW structures its fee schedules and billing arrangements to meet the individual needs of each client. Our billing statements provide clear information about who performed the work, when the work was performed, the type of work performed and the time spent on each task. In some cases, we will work on a contingency basis, meaning you will not pay anything unless you win your case. Other situations we may charge on an hourly or flat fee basis. In some cases, depending on the circumstances, we may request a retainer fee which is paid in advance. |
